Our role is to coordinate all moving parts, manage risk, and provide a single point of accountability so the project does not need to be owned internally.

About Spring Gardens Group
Spring Gardens Group was established to support UK manufacturers with overseas capital equipment projects that require clear ownership and experienced oversight.
The firm draws on over 30 years’ combined experience buying and selling machinery into the UK plastics and paper packaging markets. We have managed numerous overseas equipment purchases, covering supplier engagement, specification, logistics, and delivery into UK operations.
To support our own machinery projects, we built a dedicated team and supplier network capable of managing overseas equipment purchases end-to-end. Following repeated successful deliveries, we decided to formalise that capability and make it available to other UK manufacturers facing similar challenges. By building and operating this capability internally before offering it externally, our approach remains practical, proven, and delivery-focused.
